in targeting disease-specific antigens with greater safety and efficacy in a wide variety of therapeutic indications including
oncology, autoimmune, infectious, cardiovascular, and metabolic diseases. Their modes of action are antigen neutralization,
immune system modulation and drug delivery. Developments in antibody technology which include bispecific antibodies,
antibody-drug conjugates and nanobodies have increased the clinical use of antibodies. Even with outstanding curative
outcomes, mAbshave been confronted with the problem of immunogenicity, high cost and unavailability. The barriers are
expected to be overcome in the future, through mRNA-encoded antibodies, AI-driven target discovery and non-invasive
techniques of delivery. Precision medicine is being established by incorporating companion diagnostics, thereby making mAbs
a fundamental core. Monoclonal antibodies will become a game changer in the healthcare industry in the future with a
consistent stream of innovation and regulatory backing.
<Email>srid9225@gmail.com</Email><articletype>Research</articletype><volume>16</volume><issue>2</issue><year>2026</year><keyword>Monoclonal Antibodies, Targeted Therapy, Immunotherapy, Antibody Engineering, Precision Medicine</keyword><AUTHORS>Divya Sri N1*, Lahari B1, Sai Neha Sri N1, Naga Greeshma M,Dr. Pravallika V</AUTHORS><afflication>Pharm.
